Do I need DisplayHUB to use Game Plan?
No. Game Plan works as a standalone tool for $60/year. You log in with your subscription ID and build schedules from scratch. If you do use DisplayHUB, your screens auto-populate from your controller, which is much faster.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The shared schedule is a regular web link. Guests scan the QR code or tap the link and see the schedule in their mobile browser - no account, no download, no friction.
Can multiple staff members edit the schedule?
Yes. Anyone with the edit link can update the schedule. Share it with your opener, your bar manager, your events coordinator - whoever manages game day. Changes are visible immediately to everyone viewing the public link.
What happens when I update the schedule? Do I need to reprint signs?
The QR code and shared link update automatically. You only need to reprint if you handed out physical copies. Most bars just post the QR and let guests scan for the live version.
Does this help with the switch from DirecTV to EverPass for Sunday Ticket?
Game Plan itself doesn't provide channels - it organizes whatever you're showing. But it works perfectly for the new streaming era: you can assign specific EverPass streams, cable channels, or antenna inputs to specific screens, and share a clear schedule so guests know exactly where to watch their game.
Is my data saved if I close the browser?
Yes. Everything saves automatically as you work. No save button. Come back the next day on any device and your schedule is exactly where you left it.
When will NBA, MLB, and NHL be available?
All three are in active development and will be released during 2026. They'll be added automatically - no additional cost for existing subscribers or standalone customers.
Will Game Plan automatically change channels or assign displays in DisplayHUB?
No. Game Plan does not automatically change channels or assign displays. It gives your staff clear instructions inside the app so they know what to put on each TV. Group display tools work when you are using Game Plan from within the DisplayHUB app.
What are the QR codes good for?
QR codes are great for guests, but they are also ideal for staff tablets hanging under TVs or mounted in a central location. Scan once with the tablet, leave that page open, and your staff can quickly see what belongs on each display.
