The Fire TV app is in the Amazon app store; however, you will have to enable the developer options for each Fire device. The reasoning is simple: in order to launch the DisplayHUB app when the controller sends a command, there is a setting that needs to be enabled. Amazon has disabled that screen in their fork of the Android OS; however, there is a simple workaround: enable developer mode.
