Before we go over the possible reasons why the DisplayHub Appliance is not connecting lets try a hard reboot first, simply unplug the USB power form the unit, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. Wait 5 minutes and try to load DisplayHub again. Didn’t work? here are some possible reasons:
1. The DisplayHub Appliance is not connected to the internet, the unit will attempt to reboot until it has internet, once it does, the middle light will be green. This is the most likely cause of the connection error. Please make sure the appliance is connected to your router/modem via a wired ethernet connection to the WAN port of the appliance.
2. The DisplayHub Appliance is being blocked by your router, the unit will then default to a relay connection so the above is more likely.
3. The DisplayHub Appliance is dead or misconfigured, please contact us via support.
