DisplayHUB software, hardware integrations, services, and all related components are provided strictly “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, reliability, availability, accuracy, performance, or results.
We do not warrant that the system will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, or free from defects, bugs, or harmful components.
We make no guarantee that the system will function correctly with any specific hardware, network, internet connection, third-party system.
All use is entirely at your own risk.

System Availability, Malfunctions, and Outages

DisplayHUB may experience interruptions, delays, outages, degraded performance, or complete system failure at any time.
This includes but is not limited to failures caused by software bugs, hardware defects, network instability, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, configuration errors, or environmental conditions.
We are not responsible for any impact caused by downtime, missed events, incorrect displays, delayed switching, or failure to perform expected functions.
You acknowledge that system reliability is not guaranteed under any circumstances.

Errors, Accuracy, and Usability

DisplayHUB may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended behavior.
Interfaces, automation, scheduling, overlays, and control systems may not perform as expected in all scenarios.
We make no guarantee regarding usability, ease of use, user experience, or suitability for any particular user or environment.
You accept full responsibility for verifying outputs, configurations, and system behavior before relying on them in any setting.

Accessibility Disclaimer

DisplayHUB is not designed, tested, or guaranteed to be accessible for individuals who are visually impaired, hearing impaired, or otherwise disabled.
We make no representations or warranties regarding compliance with accessibility standards, including but not limited to ADA or WCAG requirements.
Use in environments requiring accessibility compliance is solely at your own risk and responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DisplayHUB, its owners, developers, operators, affiliates, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, reputational harm, equipment damage, regulatory penalties, or any other damages arising from use or inability to use the system.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services and Content

DisplayHUB may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to streaming platforms, APIs, internet providers, and hardware manufacturers.
We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, or performance of any third-party services or content.
Any failure or issue caused by third-party systems is solely your responsibility.

Copyright and Content Responsibility

DisplayHUB does not provide, license, or grant rights to any media content, including video, audio, broadcasts, or streams.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content displayed, streamed, or transmitted through your use of DisplayHUB complies with all applicable copyright, licensing, and intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to, public performance rights, commercial licensing, and distribution rights.
Any accidental or intentional copyright violations are solely your responsibility, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DisplayHUB from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from such use.

Proprietary Software – Not Open Source

DisplayHUB is proprietary software and is not open source.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source components, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from the copyright owner.
Use of the software does not grant ownership or intellectual property rights.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You assume full and complete responsibility for all aspects of use, including but not limited to installation, configuration, operation, monitoring, maintenance, compliance, and outcomes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring proper system setup, bandwidth availability, hardware compatibility, redundancy planning, and failover procedures.
You accept all risks associated with system failure, incorrect output, missed content, or unintended behavior.
You agree that DisplayHUB shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the system under any circumstances.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DisplayHUB and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the system, violation of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

No Guarantee of Suitability

DisplayHUB is not intended for mission-critical, life-safety, emergency response, medical, or any use where failure could result in injury, death, or significant damage.
We make no representation that the system is appropriate for any specific use case.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated, modified, or replaced at any time without notice.
Continued use of DisplayHUB constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms.

Ownership and Contact

DisplayHUB is proprietary software owned exclusively by DisplayHUB.
All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights are reserved by DisplayHUB.
No rights are granted except those explicitly stated.
